MATERIAL & WARRANTY

Made with sterling silver base and plated with 18k gold

We offers all customers three months warranty for all faulty jewellery from date of purchase. 

Faulty jewellery includes; Broken Chains/Clasp/Stones, manufacturer error that inhibits the proper use of the jewellery and discolouring - does not include fading from use in water.

All transactions outside the three month warranty period can not be returned or exchanged due to faults. We can not accept returns/exchanges for lost items

WEAR & CARE

We recommend removing your jewellery when active and avoiding contact with water such as swimming and showering. This will help you maintain the lustrous condition for as long as possible.

Do not spray perfume directly onto your jewellery and apply cosmetics, moisturisers and hair products before adding your jewellery.

Avoid impact with hard surfaces, including other items of jewellery. This will protect against scratching and chipping.

Tarnishing is a natural process that can cause discoloration.

Please note that all metals oxidise naturally with time and will require maintenance.

We advise cleaning your precious items regularly with a soft cloth to encourage longevity.

REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

At Glamfinds we pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and believe your pieces should be treasured keepsakes. Our exchange and returns policy makes sure that is the case. 

Change of Mind -

Glamfinds allows customers to exchange or refund their jewellery due to change of mind within 14 days of their initial purchase. Our Change of Mind Policy excludes earrings of any style due to Health and Hygiene Laws regardless of being worn or unworn. 

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received the order. Your purchase must also be in the original packaging and returned to Glamfinds within 14 days of the original purchase date. Shipping for change of mind will not be refunded.

Glamfinds Warranty -

To be eligible for a warranty exchange/return, you must have proof of purchase and the item you are exchanging/returning. We can not accept returns/exchanges for lost items. 

All metals will naturally start to oxidise over a period of time and this is out of our control. This process can be sped up or slowed down depending on how the jewellery is cared for. You can refer to our jewellery care advice to better understand how to make your jewellery last for many memories to come. 

How To Make A Return

If you wish to request a return, please email glamfinds0627@gmail.com with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number. 

If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s.  

Once your return is received by Glamfinds and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s. 


In Store Purchases - 

For jewellery bought in store, please return to the store it was originally purchased from to process your exchange/return. For all exchanges and returns we need your receipt and item of jewellery you are exchanging/returning.
